The recommended way is to publish it here on http://www.NotecaseproPlugins.com, so that it will be listed in NoteCase Pro's Plugin Manager for direct install from within the application.
The "Plugin Developer Tools" Plugin contains a tool for direct upload of your Plugin into the Plugin feed.
